Ihre Aufgaben: Leiten und überwachen Sie die Implementierung der HeadWAI-Produkte bei Kunden vor Ort von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Koordinieren und verwalten Sie interne und externe Interessengruppen sowie Kundenbeziehungen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Projektziele, Zeitpläne und Budgets eingehalten werden. Entwickeln und pflegen Sie Projektpläne, Dokumentationen und Berichte. Identifizieren und mindern Sie Projektrisiken. Arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertriebs-, Entwicklungs- und Kundenserviceteams zusammen. Führen Sie Schulungen und Workshops für Kunden und interne Teams durch. Ihre Qualifikationen: Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich. Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen KI oder Softwareentwicklung. Starke Kenntnisse agiler und traditioneller Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. Scrum, Prince2). Erfahrung in der Implementierung von KI-Lösungen und -Produkten. Exzellente Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit. Eigenmotiviertes, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen.
