Your Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the implementation of headwAI products at customer sites from planning to successful go-live. Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders, as well as customer relationships. Ensure adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets. Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and reports. Identify and mitigate project risks. Collaborate closely with sales, development, and customer support teams. Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams. Your Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably in AI or software development. Strong knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Prince2). Experience in the implementation of AI solutions and products. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented approach. Requirements: • Extensive experience in full stack software development, with strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or related languages. • Demonstrated expertise in integrating and utilizing AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, RAG) in production environments. • Proven track record of designing and deploying applications on cloud platforms. • Deep understanding of version control workflows (GitLab) and CI/CD processes. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a reputation for delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions. • Strong communication in English and the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Self-motivated and able to excel with minimal oversight in a dynamic, agile start-up environment. • Passion for continuous learning, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methods.
